Equality Objectives

Equality Objectives – one objective to be reviewed annually

• Create inclusive play spaces that accommodate children with various learning needs and disabilities, ensuring all children can participate and move forward in learning. Review Summer 24.

• To increase the range and quantity of positive images and resources to reflect diversity and raise awareness of other cultures.

• To increase the number of male role models in school (staff, students and volunteers).

• To continue to narrow the gap in attainment between boys and girls.

• To ensure all children have equality of opportunity, linked to Cultural Capital.
